Some of us may travel to Grandma’s and Grandpa’s house. Some families are wildly happy to stay at home and celebrate. Others, who transferred far away for a job, college, or the military, may be unable to afford the trip home, so video’s or social media channels are the way to connect. Honestly, there are those who are homeless and have no trusted connections during the holiday season.

Christmas is what you make of it. Christmas is YOU. Christmas is a unique experience for each of us. 

How you show up in your mind determines if the holiday is filled with blessings or not. 



This year may be a very different Christmas for many. Social distancing will likely continue to be part of our lives. Many families will gather in person or by video. Either way, Christmas will be different this year. How many Christmas festivals will be cancelled? Will Christmas Eve religious services be non-existent? Which of your holiday traditions will become taboo this year? Remember, Christmas is you. Are you a blessing that day and any other day for that matter?

Well, I have news for you! You are a gift to those in your life.
